At GF, we believe that access to safe water is not a privilege, but a basic human right. In many regions, people, primarily women and children, walk up to six kilometers daily, carrying 20 liters of water, just to meet their basic needs.
Participants, including GF employees and partners, walk a designated distance while carrying a bucket, symbolizing the long, difficult journeys that many make each day.
The event is a powerful expression of solidarity, bringing visibility to an urgent issue and inspiring collective action across the GF community.
